DFAC E-Star T

The DFAC E-Star T is an all electric light refrigeration truck distributed in Nepal by Triveni Motocorp Pvt. Ltd. It is engineered to deliver high profit margins for cold-chain logistics while maintaining exceptionally low operating costs.

• Powertrain & Performance: Driven by a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) that delivers a peak power of 105 kW and a peak torque of 300 Nm. The truck features a direct-drive technical route and a ≥ 25% gradeability rating to handle challenging terrain.

• Battery & Range: Equipped with a high capacity CATL Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery pack (83.75 kWh) that provides a driving range of up to 280 km per charge under ideal conditions (at 40 km/h). It supports efficient charging, including a CCS2 fast-charging setup.

• Capacity & Utility: Built on a robust chassis with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 4.5 tonnes, a 3000 mm wheelbase, and a dual-axle configuration rated for 1500 kg at the front and 3000 kg at the rear. It provides a practical 216 mm ground clearance for varying road quality.

• Safety & Comfort: Features a single-row cabin complete with both hot and cold air conditioning, a liquid braking system integrated with ABS/ESC, and modern driving aids like reversing radar and a reverse image camera system.

The vehicle comes backed by a 5 year or 300,000 km warranty, highlighting its reliability for commercial transport businesses.
